Q: My plant has died. Can I get it replaced or get a refund?
A: We care for our plants very carefully and make sure they are in the best possible condition before they are sold. If you are not satisfied with the order* within 24 hours we'll deliver a replacement at no extra charge or issue a refund. *This includes non-floral items as well.
Cancellation Policy
Orders that haven't been shipped can be canceled within 72 hours. Deposits are not refunded. Please send an email to: info.hellomaru@gmail.com
How to Order? Questions?
At MARU we only hand deliver in the Bay Area (so sorry!). All floral arrangements are always hand made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for each order to be fufilled.
